We are dedicated to building and empowering diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) within our staff, CHFA member community and partnerships to help our industry thrive.
We believe DE&I work starts at home. Our internal DE&I Committee developed an action plan to actively educate and empower our team on DE&I practices including CHFA's equitable and inclusive hiring and advancement policies.
We are committed to advocating for DE&I policies within the NOW industry, and we actively help to promote and inspire diversity and inclusion in our community through events, such as our Rise and Unite series, as well as partnerships with groups dedicated to helping equity groups succeed.
