Responsibilities

Working with the Vice President, Member Experience, you will be responsible for defining the goals and leading the growth initiatives to deliver Membership Growth, Member Value and delivering revenue for CHFA through the planning, development and execution of Membership, Events and Programs, including:

  • Growing CHFA’s Membership through the development of a growth strategy and action plan
  • Leading our Member Journey to ensure we are continually driving member satisfaction
  • Developing and owning the execution of revenue targets and delivering a Sales Plan for all CHFA events and programs, including collaborating with the marketing team to build first-class promotion campaigns to support them
  • Developing a multifunctional Member Coverage Plan ensuring meaningful touchpoints between CHFA leadership, staff and CHFA members throughout the year
  • Leading Annual Joint Business Planning with high investment members
  • Play an ongoing role in the ongoing support of newly implemented AMS technology
  • Developing and fostering member and industry relationships through leadership of a CHFA Advisory Committee
  • Meeting the Association's financial objectives by supporting the VP, Member Experience in forecasting and revenue tracking
  • Leading your team’s individual growth and performance objectives
  • Fostering a team culture of continual improvement, accountability, measurability, and insight to action mindset.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you:

  • have a demonstrated track record of delivering business growth and project leadership
  • have built trusted strong business relationships through a customer-centric approach
  • are a results-driven sales leader with 8+ years of experience preferably in the natural products industry
  • are a great communicator with strong negotiation skills and a knack for persuading those around you
  • are collaborative, adaptable, and always have your customers’ best interests in mind; qualities that help you build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • have demonstrated strategic thought leadership and like to support your ideas with data, insights, and recommended actions
  • are a strong people-leader who motivates and guides teams toward achieving the organization’s strategic goals, managing conflicts, and ensuring everyone works cohesively towards a common objective
  • are passionate about your work and are always looking for ways to deliver net new opportunities and revenue
  • are well organized, energetic, and able to work well under pressure
  • are excited by the terms "Microsoft Stack" and "CRM". You've got a high degree of comfort navigating these tools
  • are a champion of inclusion and diversity
  • can speak both English & French (not mandatory but a strength you bring to this role).

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
