Job Description

Role:

- Developing reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

- Assisting in inventory management

- Assisting Accounting team to keep consistent sales records

- Coordinating payments, shipments and returns

- Onboarding product onto key sales platforms

- Communication with customers on the phone and via email

- Acting as a conduit between sales, marketing and administration

Requirements:

- Experience in data entry and office administration

- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Excel and Online Data Entry

- High School Diploma

- Strong English Communication Skills

- Experience with GS1, Amazon and Vendor Portals is an asset

- Detail-oriented personality is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
