Reporting to: Western Regional Sales Manager

The Opportunity: 

The Bilingual Customer Engagement/Administration person will be on the phones and interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.  This person will also be required to perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and facilities management.  Additionally this role will require management of company calendar, travel arrangements and event planning.  This person will report to the Western Regional Sales Manager.

To Qualify: 

  • Fluently Bilingual (English and French)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Office Administration Experience
  • Friendly & Honest
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Punctual
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Training/willingness to learn about TallGrass products
  • Experience with SAP an asset
  • Possess strong organizational, and time-management skills
  • Some post-secondary an asset
