Department: Customer Service
Rate of Pay: $12-$14
Hours: Wednesday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm & Sunday 10:00 am – 5:00pm
- 2 + year(s) telephone experience.
- Friendly tone with a clear, projection of voice.
- Experience or willing to learn natural health supplements.
- Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new systems and programs.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM.
- Problem solving and enjoy a challenge. Must be able to adapt to change.
- Must demonstrate initiative and can keep busy at all times with limited instruction.
- Offer highest level of customer service.
- Take customer orders over the phone.
- Troubleshoot account and order information.
- Provide information regarding order fulfillment queue and order tracking.
- Educate customers about supplements. Provide supplement recommendations to customers to match their health requirements.
