Home Based (Hamilton to Oakville region)

Responsiblities:

  • Prepare quotes and invoices
  • Prepare service agreements
  • Prepare, review and modify templates, word documents, excel templates
  • Accounts payable and receivables
  • Data entry (tradeshows, new leads, etc.)
  • Upload blogs to website
  • Process invoices and expenses
  • Client relations. Check on clients with new projects
  • Assist in making travel arrangements for staff
  • Other administrative duties as required

Experience/Skills/Education qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years administrative experience
  • Experience with Quickbooks online
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
  • Wordpress experience nice to have but not mandatory
  • Well versed in using the search engines, ability to conduct keyword searches
  • Can work independently with little to no supervision
  • Highly accurate and attention to detail
  • Can look at the big picture to provide process improvement feedback
  • Lives in the GTA (preferably between Hamilton to Oakville )
  • Ability to multitask, disciplined to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Work in a fast paced working environment
