MANDATE:

Inside Sales Executive – Vancouver – Two Openings

We are hiring for Two (2) Full Time Positions based in our downtown Vancouver office.

VITALITY is a growing, award winning line of vitamins and supplements sold in over 525 stores across Canada (www.vitality.ca). This position is ideal for a highly organized individual with a strong willingness to engage people by phone on natural health and supplements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Outbound phone calls to drive sales growth and revenue of accounts across Canada
  • Prospecting new accounts and business
  • Presenting products, follow up to orders and promotional deals
  • Ensuring promotional plans and specials are in place at stores
  • Set up trainings, seminars and support including demos when needed with educators to increase consumer awareness and purchasing
  • Analyzing data to ensure growth and develop strategies with retailers 
  • Ongoing product knowledge, and general account administration maintenance
  • Work with distributor reps to ensure merchandising and marketing materials are in place
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide Excellent customer service 

As we are a growing Company, we are looking for experienced Inside Sales Executives who love what they do and are passionate about creating positive, ongoing relationship and experiences with our customers and retailers to build confidence in VITALITY and reorders or products.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:

  • 2-4 years sales experience with a keen interest in natural products including supplements; bonus if you have established relationships with retailers
  • High level of initiative and proven self-motivation
  • Successful experience with sales and relationship development
  • Ability to set objectives, problem-solve, prioritize and achieve goals
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, detail-orientation
  • Ability to influence others and communicate effectively (verbal and written), both internally and externally
  • Successful completion of post-secondary education, i.e. Business/Sales Diploma or Health Certificate
  • Proficient with computers; Outlook and Excel (intermediate to advanced), experience with Salesforce is beneficial but not necessary
  • Bilingual / Multilingual – if you speak more than one language please list on your resume
