Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate and manage promotions for all distributors.
  • Actively engage in identifying, developing, implementing and refining strategies, policies, and processes throughout different markets.
  • Ability to push direct international sales through the pipeline in markets where distributors are not present.
  • Create and Manage trade spending and customer deductions
  • Capable of understanding and leveraging industry/market trends and basic business/finance concepts.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate data, develop a sales plan, and accurately forecast results.

Qualifications

  • Experience with private label and branded brokerage structure
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail and time-management skills
  • +5 years of experience in an international sales/business development role, with a proven track record of sales success developing new business
  • Ability to build and execute on strategic sales plan for an assigned industry or group of industries
  • Understanding of the natural food category
  • Post-Secondary degree preferred – strong preference for business focus
  • Working proficiency in English and Bilingualism is an asset
  • Experience with MS Office-MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Windows; MS Word; MS Outlook
