Garden of Life Canada - Marketing and Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing Canadian marketing team! The successful candidate will be passionate about Empowering Extraordinary Health, thrives in a fast-paced environment and a team player. This is a full-time position.

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in marketing and sales projects, including marketing material, POP inventory management, sales team logistics, office and warehouse organization etc. Works with the Marketing Manager and Sales Director to ensure both teams running smoothly and efficiently.

Essential Job Functions:

Marketing Coordination - Coordination of all marketing materials: Idea generation, graphic design & translation tracking, proofing as requested, sourcing suppliers, gathering quotes, vendor coordination, PO's.  Maintaining POP catalogue, monitoring inventory levels & reordering.  Providing New Product Launch support for all marketing elements, brochures, displays, wobblers, posters, etc.

Sales Support - Assist sales team with product specification forms, maintain GOL price list, coordinate sales team and US trainers’ schedules, bookings and expenses, monthly sales team car stocks. Maintain shared folder between marketing & sales.

Event Coordination - Coordinate logistics and assists with planning and execution of trade and consumer shows, as well as regional and national meetings.   Responsible for idea generation, planning, logistics, marketing collateral, giveaways. Helping with set up, tear down and attend local events.

Demonstration and Webinar Calendar – Manage webinars from start to finish ensuring coordination between Wendy, Eblasts and US trainers, maintain webinar schedule, oversee English and French webinars in present time.  Manage shared calendar of national activities, in store demos & events.  Manage demo supply levels.

Social Media - Support Social Media tactics including brand ambassador program, content development, brand partnerships, metric management and analytics.

Data Analytics - Track and analyze data sets as it pertains to marketing and sales tactics including social media metrics, coupon redemption, POP movement etc.

What tools do you need?

  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong project coordination, tracking and follow-up skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Able to multitask and handle a portfolio of projects from inception to delivery while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
  • Bilingualism would be an asset
  • Social Media Knowledgeable (Instagram, Facebook, youtube)
  • Autonomous and self sufficient with excellent time and relationship management skills
