The Director of Sales oversees field sales management, customer service management, key account sales, business development and sales admin support. The Sales Director reports directly to the company President as a member of the key executive team making strategic decisions. The key areas of focus will be set brand sales strategy to build Hippie Snack sales in Canada and U.S. as well as drive Left Coast Organic branded bulk sales.
The primary role of the Production Team Lead is to coordinate daily line activities for the area/s they are responsible for, and act as the main point of contact for other departments to ensure that all aspects of manufacturing on the designated line (business unit) are covered. The secondary role of the Team Lead is to provide on-the-line support for the shift crew and provide inspection, direction, supervision, training and support to the team in a manner that creates engagement and productivity within the team and the facility.
The customer service representative is a key player in our sales and service. The successful applicant will be part of a team that is responsible for upselling, order entry, and invoicing. Enthusiasm for our products, product knowledge, and a desire to make things better are requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving are highly valued.
The Brand Ambassador Coordinator is a valued member of the Marketing Team and an ambassador for our Hippie Snacks brand. Their main responsibilities are to book, organize and occasionally execute product demonstrations in grocery stores in Western Canada for our own Hippie Snacks brand as well as for many of the fantastic brands we distribute. The Brand Ambassador Coordinator is responsible for introducing products to retail customers, providing product education, promoting sales and is a champion of the organic and natural lifestyle. This is a full-time role. Some weekend work is required so a flexible schedule is a must.
