EVENT POLICIES

Event registration is non-refundable once registration is approved or, for pending registrations, less than 21 days’ notice prior to the commencement of the event.

Photography and Video
CHFA reserves the right to take photographs and video footage during our events for our records, publicity, and promotional purposes. By attending CHFA Ottawa Regulatory Forum, attendees grant permission to reproduce, copy, publish, or otherwise use their likeness and/or voice, in both electronic and print media, for such purposes.
Attendees are encouraged to capture their experiences at CHFA events and share them on social media. However, attendees are not permitted to take video footage during CHFA events.

Harassment and Discrimination
We are committed to providing a safe space for all attendees. Harassment and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated at any CHFA events and will result in immediate removal from the event with a permanent ban from all future CHFA events. Anyone who experiences or witnesses harassment or discrimination is encouraged to report it to a CHFA staff member. CHFA reserves the right to deny entry to any individual, and any person requested to leave the event must do so immediately, regardless of whether they hold a valid entry badge. No refunds will be issued for those refused entry.
