I noticed something on my profile is incorrect, how can I edit?

Is it possible to download the contacts from the member directory?

This tool is meant for CHFA Members only. As such, we do not have the functionality to download a full list to avoid circulation.

Where can I find my previous invoices?

To access past invoices for CHFA NOW or CHFA Membership, please email accounting@chfa.ca. Note that all new invoices moving forward will be saved in your CHFA Member Portal under Purchase Information on the right hand side.

How can I update my communication preferences?

Login to your CHFA account and head to your Member Portal. Once there, navigate to the right hand side and select Personal Information. In the drop down, select Edit Personal Profile. At the bottom of this page we have our industry-wide publications listed under Communications and CHFA-Member exclusive publications listed under Member Publications. Select the newsletters you would like to receive. Feel free to reach out to us at info@chfa.ca with any questions.

How can I change my password?

Login to your CHFA account and head to your Member Portal. Once there, navigate to the right hand side and select Personal Information. In the drop down, select Change Password and follow the prompts. Feel free to reach out to us at info@chfa.ca with any questions.
